Hi Everyone
Time for a new challenge over at Love To Create. The challenge is to use 3 designer papers on your project. This week our sponsor is A Day For Daisies - I just love working with these beautiful images.
Here is my card using papers from Simple Stories 'Vintage Bliss' 6x6 paper pack.
Paper piecing is one of my very favourite things to do, so I just loved paper piecing her dress and adding some die cut flowers with a little stickles in the center.
The sentiment is a rub-on that I have had in my stash for ages.
The hearts on bows are a die-cut from Memory Box.
Thanks for stopping by to look at my project. I hope you will stop on over at LTC to see what the rest of the DT have been up to and join us for the challenge.
See you next time.

Sassy Studios Is Turning 5!
Hi Everyone
Welcome to Sassy Studios 5th Birthday Release/ Blog Hop
Once again Lindsay has produced some fabulous images, so let's get right down to business. You should have arrived here from Debbie's blog, but if this is your first stop you may want to go back the the beginning and start at Sassy Studios so you don't miss anything.
Here is my project using the beautiful 'Cake Sassy'.
The paper for this is from a Martha Stewart pad, it's a foil sheet which doesn't always show up well in the photographs. The flower, pearls and doily are all from my stash.
When you open it up here is what you see.
The sentiment is just my sense of humor.
This is actually a pop-up card file from the Silhouette online store. I used my Cameo to print n cut the image and then coloured her with Pro-Markers.
I used the Wink of Stella 'Clear' pen to add some shimmer to the cake. This was such a fun project! Your next stop along the hop is the fabulous Sara's blog. In case you get lost, here is the complete hop order.
Don't forget to join us this evening at the Sassy Studios Party Blog (7-9 PST) - come and chat with the Design Team, you never know who is going to turn up or what surprises are in store, but it's always fun! Don't forget to leave some love on each of the blogs to be eligible for a chance to win a prize.
Until next time.

Smile! (Love To Create Challenge)
Hi Everyone
Time for a a new challenge over at Love To Create - the challenge is to use the colours Navy, Orange and Lemon. Our sponsors this week are Bugaboo Stamps and Dr Digi - both of these companies have some super cute images, and it was difficult to choose just one to work with. In the end I choose this cute elephant to play with.
I actually cut the image out by hand so that I could cut the head out separately and attach it to an Action Wobble Spring. Here is a video of the wobble.
Call me a kid, but those action wobble springs never cease to make me smile, and hence the sentiment on the front of the card (cut from the Silhouette Cameo.)
I finished the project off by lining a matching envelope with some more polka dot paper.
I hope you will join us for the challenge over at LTC and check out the rest of the projects by the DT.
See you next time.

Something A Little Different with the new Sentimints
Hi Everyone
Welcome to the latest Sentimints Release from Sassy Studios - Greg has done yet another great job on these. You should have arrived here from Kitty's Blog, but if not you may want to go back and start at Sassy Studios so you don't miss anything.
I love the Sentimint that I got to create with, and whilst this isn't a project that has any 'frills' - I just wanted to show you that these sentiments can be used for so much more than just cards. I have a plain grey felt bag, that was given to me by a very good friend, and I just wanted to brighten it up a bit. I took the Sentimint and cut it out in HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) and voila, my little bad is transformmed,
I just love how this looks - I may even put this on a T-shirt as well.
Your next stop is with my Sassy Sister Belinda. In case you get lost along the way here is a complete hop list.

If Friends Were Flowers (Simply Betty Fan Page Challenge)
Hi Everyone
Just a quick post today for a project that almost wasn't! Over at Simply Betty Stamps there is a Fan Page Challenge, where Betty creates 2-3 different digis, which you can buy a a greatly reduced price in order to join in with the challenge. I must admit that I have been so busy lately that I almost forgot to make my project, but last night (with over 24 hours of the challenge time left) I went to my craft room to print and colour my images. It was quite late, so I decided to finish my project in the morning. Today, eager to get to work, I took my breakfast juice into the craft room and promptly spilled it all over my images! Not to be deterred (and because I had a cute card in mind) I set to work all over again. Here is the result.
I am really pleased with how this turned out. I used my Cameo to print the images (in PNG form) on to a background paper from the Silhouette store, and then coloured them with ProMarkers. The dies (used for the swirly vine and to make the roses) are from Elizabeth Craft Designs. The sentiment is computer generated.
Here are a few close-ups.
So I think the lessons learnt from this project are - don't leave a project until last minute and don't take juice into your craft room!
Thanks for stopping by. See you next time.

'Cocktails Anyone?' (Sassy Studios DTBST #234)
Hi Everyone
Time for a new challenge over at Sassy Studios - this week our Dare To Be Sassy Thursday challenge is entitled 'Invitation Only'. So show us your invitations - they could be for anything - birthday party, BBQ, or for cocktails, like mine.
I used only part of Martini Pin-up to make this invitation. I used my Cameo to print n cut her, and then coloured her with ProMarkers. The background paper is from the 'Blackcurrant Stack' (DCWV). Here is a closer look at the martini glass, which I added a little diamond glaze to to represent the liquid.
And this is what the inside of the card looks like with the pocket holding the invitation.
I hope you will join in with the challenge this week, there is a chance for you to win some sassies of your own, and if you use a Sassy Studios image on your project you get to enter twice. Come on over to Sassy Studios and take a look at the other projects that the rest of the DT has made to inspire you.
Cheers!

I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus (A Scrap N Place)
Hi Everyone
Today I am guest designer over at A Scrap N Place, thanks for having me Terri. We continue with the Christmas in June theme, and today I have a special Christmas card using one of the Prima dolls (Tasha) and 'Andrew' one of the guy stamps from C Thru The Woods.
I used red cardstock for the card base and printed the song lyrics around the edge with my computer. I dressed Andrew in a Santa outfit (drawn by hand) and then gave him a beard and santa hat (die from Memory Box). I used Sno-Tex for some dimension on the beard and trim of the santa outfit. Tasha's dress is paper pieced from some scraps of paper from my stash. With the addition of a sprig of mistletoe and pearl berries my card was complete.
Thanks for stopping by today - I hope you enjoyed my project.
See you next time.

Hi Everyone

Here is a look at the inside.
I really hope you will join us for this weeks challenge (you could win some sassies of your very own!) Don't forget to take a peek over at Sassy Studios and see what some of the other DT members have created to inspire you.
