Hot Under The Collar Guys (Part 1)

Hi Everyone

Today I am the designer over at A Scrap N Place - as always Terri I am so grateful to be here.  So I have one question, what has gotten these girls so hot under the collar?

It's the new guy stamp Jeremiah from C Thru The Woods stamps.

Can you guess who this is?  How about a clue? (Sing along if you are as ancient as me!)

Sunday, Monday, Happy Days
Tuesday, Wednesday, Happy Days...

IT'S THE FONZ!

I had so much fun creating this card.  I used my Cameo to print n cut the image, and then coloured him with ProMarkers.

The sentiment is computer generated, and the motor bike is a file from Silhouette.

Pop into the store, and maybe you can pick up a guy or two of your own.  Terri is going to give me a hard time for that last sentence, but I meant 'guy stamps'!!!!!!

See you next time (if Terri will have me back!)

One Good Friend... (LTC - Fred She Said)

Hi Everyone

Welcome to a new color inspired challenge over at Love To Create, this week we are being sponsored by Fred She Said.  Here is the color inspiration for the project.

Here is my card using the image 'Emma In Her Cool Cap'.

The paper and ribbon are from my stash, the image is coloured with ProMarkers.

The sentiment is from a stamp set that I have had for ages, it's full of  quotes - the 'funny' things kids say.

I hope you will check out what the other LTC Designers have been up to, and join us for the challenge.

'Strut Your Stuff' (SSD - Glitter n Sparkle)

Hi Everyone

Today Sassy Studio is sponsoring the challenge over at Glitter n Sparkle 'Show Some Sass'.  Isn't that just the perfect challenge for any of the SSD Images?

I have made a fairly clean and simple card, using just a portion of the 'Jessica Rabbit Sassy'.

I used my ProMarkers to colour her, and added a little sparkle to her dress with a clear 'Wink of Stella' pen, (you can see it better in the picture below.)

Hope you will pop over to Glitter n Sparkle and join in with the challenge.  Until next time.

Get Sassified! Sassy Studios Blog Hop

Hi Everyone

Welcome to the 'Get Sassified' Sassy Studio Designs New Release Blog Hop.

You should have arrived here from Debbie's Blog, if not it is only a couple of hops back (would hate you to miss anything!)

I love this new release, and Lindsay as always has done a fabulous job with these new images.  I chose to create with the beautiful 'Rapunzel Sassy' - she is gorgeous!

I just loved playing with this image, and using a colour scheme I don't usually go for - the background paper is from a set from Heidi Grace that I have had in my stash for ages.  I used my Cameo to print n cut the image then coloured her with ProMarkers.  The Daisy Frame around the edge is a file from Silhouette.  Just a little stickles added to the flowers in hair her and she was complete.

Your next stop along the way is at my Sassy Sister Karal's Blog!  Just so you don't get lost, here is a list of all the stops in order:

Thanks for stopping by today.  Don't forget to join us this evening for a chat on the SSD Party Blog from 6-8 pm PST.

See you next time.

Summertime Fun

Hi Everyone

Today I am guest designer over at A Scrap N Place - as always thank you Terri for having me.

For my final card  this month I am using a Prima doll and more Authentique papers.. I don't usually go for this kind of colour scheme - but they are so bright and cheerful.

I paper pieced this girl and added a handbag (from the boutique stamp set by Prima) and a pair of sunglasses (another brad from my stash,)

I've also given this girl some facial features using a stamp set from Peachy Keen - love how cute this makes her look.

Thanks for stopping by today.  See you next time.

You're Just So Swell (LTC - Dr Digi)

Hi Everyone

Today we have a new challenge over at Love To Create, and the theme for the challenge is 'Mad About Plaid'.  This week we are being sponsored by Dr Digi - check out the store, they have so many great digis to choose from.

For my card I am using the digi Wash Day.

This plaid paper I have had in my stash for ages, I think it is by Recollections.  It was just perfect for paper piecing the dress and the bloomers.

Hope you will join in with the challenge this week, and check out the LTC blog and see what the rest of the DT have been up to.

Until next time.
