Friendship Is Forever - The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog

Hi Everyone

Over at The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog (TCCCB) we are being sponsored by Eureka Stamps and our theme is 'Birthday Celebrations'.  I am using this cute image called 'Best Friends'.

All papers and embellishments are from Websters Pages - I love all of the soft colours of the paper and how delicate the ribbon flower and pins look.

Thanks for stopping by today - I hope you will join us over at TCCCB and check out all the great projects from the rest of the DT.

See you next time.

ICU - The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog

Hi Everyone

Today we have a new challenge over at TCCCB - 'How Adorable'.  We are being sponsored by QKR, and I chose to create with this image 'Sneaking Away', because when I saw it I thought 'How adorable!'

The image is coloured with ProMarkers, the paper is from my stash (?Recollections) and the sentiment is created using my Silhouette Cameo and sketch pens.

Take a look over at TCCCB and check out what the rest of the DT have been up to - I hope you will also join us for the challenge.

Until 'ICU' next time :)

Alice in a Spin! - TCCCB

Hi Everyone

Today I have a DT card for TCCCB.  This week we are being sponsored by Rick St Dennis - he has some fabulous images that are really fun to play with.  Our theme this week is 'A Bit Out There', and when I chose this image my thoughts were about Alice falling in the rabbit hole, with a psychedelic background.  I had just the perfect paper in my stash, and found a great tutorial here for a 'Spinner Card'.

I used my Cameo to print n cut the image, and then coloured her with ProMarkers.

The sentiment on both the outside and inside I created with the Cameo using the Silhouette Sketch Pens.

Of course it wouldn't be any fun if I didn't show you a picture of 'Falling Alice' actually falling - so here is the card 'in action'.

So there you have it - this was such a fun project to make.  I hope you will join us for the challenge over at TCCCB - I look forward to seeing what you create.

Until next time.

If Friends Were Flowers - TCCCB

Hi Everyone

Today there is a new challenge over at The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog (TCCCB), so I have a little DT inspiration for you.  The theme for the challenge is 'Flowers' and we are sponsored this week by Fred She Said.

Here is my easel card using the 'Happy Flowers - Rainbow Collection'.

This is a collection pack of pre-coloured images, and has tons of options, check it out here.  All I did was add a little stickles and layered a second flower on top of the first to add some dimension.

Here is a closer look at the sentiment which is computer generated with a Lettering Delights font.

Don't forget to stop by TCCB, check out the rest of the inspiration from the DT and join in with the challenge.

Thanks for stopping by.

The image is coloured with ProMarkers, and  the background papers are printed from Silhouette online files using my Cameo.  The sentiment is actually a stamp from Art Impressions (Girlfriends Stamps).

I hope you will check out all the projects from the DT and come and join us for the challenge over at TCCCB.

Fill Your Glass - (The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog)

Hi Everyone

Today I am here with a card for TCCCB - our sponsor this week is Rick St Dennis.  The theme for this week is 'Bling and Sparkly Things'.  The image I have used is called 'Martini Bianca', and she was just too much fun to colour.

My image is coloured with ProMarkers, and I used my Cameo to cut it out.  The glitter paper is from DCWV, and although the photo doesn't show it well, it is very sparkly.

This is what it says inside.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope you will stop on over to TCCCB and check out all the inspiration from the DT.

'Friendship' - Lacy Sunshine (The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog)

Hi Everyone

Today I have a DT card for the 'Friendship' challenge over at TCCCB.  Our sponsor this week is Lacy Sunshine, and I have used the artists Heather's incredibly cute image 'Treacle- Toffee Apple Sticky Wings'.

The image is coloured with ProMarkers, and I added a little stickles (Victorian Velvet on the wings, and Copper on the toffee.)  The paper is from DCWV, and the 'toffee' dribbling down from the top of the page is made using the Martha Stewart 'Drippy Goo' punch (coloured with 'Henna' ProMarker.) The sentiment is computer generated (Lettering Delights 'Tall Girl' Font.)  Here is a closer look.

Here is what the inside looks like.

I hope you will join us for the challenge over at TCCCB and take a look at the beautiful creations from the rest of the DT.

Until next time.

I used my Cameo to print n cut the image and then coloured it with ProMarkers.  I also cut the sentiment using my Cameo, the paper is called 'Dog' from Cloud 9 Design, and the dog paw paper clips are from my stash.

Here is a look at the inside, the sentiment is creates using Silhouette sketch pens on my Cameo with a thin font from Lettering Delights called 'Traced'.

Come Up and See Me....

Hi Everyone

Today I am here with my first official creation as a member of the DT for The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog (TCCCB).  Our sponsor for this challenge is Rick St Dennis, I hope you will check out his etsy store because he has some fabulous images.  The image I chose to create with is 'Mae the come up and see me girl.'

She was such a fun image to play with.  I used my Cameo to print n cut her and then coloured her with ProMarkers.  The wine bottle is a file from the Silhouette online store (ID #5035) which I made into a shaped card.  Here is a closer look at Mae and some of the 'bling'.

I don't think I have misquoted 'Mae' as I'm sure she must have said this sometime in her life....

Pop over to TCCCB to take a look at the wonderful projects from the rest of the design team, join in the challenge and you may even snag yourself a prize.

Thanks for stopping by.
